Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, I am a dynamic filmmaker based in Toronto, with a strong commitment to blending creativity, education, and cultural storytelling.
A graduate of TMU’s Film Studies program and a participant in the OYA Emerging Filmmakers initiative, I have produced, written, and directed several short narratives and documentaries that reflect my personal experiences and unique perspective. My passion for storytelling led me to co-produce the short film Destreamed, which premiered at the prestigious Pan African Film Festival in 2023.
Beyond filmmaking, I'm an avid lover of the arts and frequently collaborate on a wide range of creative projects, including educational animation, sound design, and production design. I'm particularly dedicated to creating animated content for Jamaican children, blending entertainment with education in a way that resonates with my roots.
I'm committed to guiding emerging filmmakers, especially those from Jamaica, and hope to help reshape the film industry by bringing a unique voice to the table.
